Burnt Blush

(Dress - StalkBuyLove, Pumps - Dorothy Perkins on jabong.com, Bag - Maiyet, Neckpiece - DonebyNone, Necklace worn as a tiara - Westside stores, Obi belt - koovs.com)

What is the ideal light to shoot outfit pictures? Natural light I would believe, but  look what natural light did to my pictures - burnt them all, even the color on my clothes!

Lesson learnt.
Shoot only in the mornings or late evenings to make the most of the warm light. Specially  avoid peak hours in the afternoon on a sunny sunny day!

Anyways, coming to my outfit, blush/pastels are definitely a major hit this season and this dress from StalkBuyLove with its dreamy, flowy fabric had to be styled :D
Since the dress was so pretty, I kept the look simple by not over accessorizing it, just one neckpiece (which broke mid-way :P) and blush pumps.
Actually even tried the look with an obi belt and liked even that (pics above)
What do you think? Which one's better?
What could be other ways of styling this?
Would be great to hear :)

Until then
Much Love,
Roop

  2. Love this one Roop. Such a pretty dress!
The struggle to get that perfect shot :D
That is why I prefer cloudy days for my picture now, as you get even lighting.
